![]() Marquee on a 16th Century Farm "The Stables" and "The Barn" are part of the Grade 11 listed Buckettsland Farm originally built in the 16th century. Recently converted "The Stables" and "The Barn" offer superior accommodation with adjoining private leisure facilities, ideal for the Bride & Groom, the Barmitzvah family, or the sponsors of the corporate event. The large 4 acre field offers more than sufficient space for your marquee, the studio has 2 (fully plumbed) loos for the use of your guests. Dependent on the time of year the marquee could alternatively be erected in the courtyard on hard standing. There are no neighbours for a third of a mile in any direction, so noise is not too much of an issue.. For parking, the smaller one acre field is suitable for up to 80 cars. Situated in the heart of the countryside, for peace and tranquillity, yet within the main arterial roads to London and the North (M25 junction 22/23 and the A1(M)). The Thameslink train network is just 2 miles away. They also in close proximity to the BBC and Elstree Studios. The ballroom overlooking the magnificent lawn and woodland will seat 100 guests for a formal meal. The Manor House provides additional rooms for buffets, a fully licensed bar and disco.
