Jane is on hand to help you with all the aspects of planning your wedding. As an experienced Events Director Jane will take you through the steps from day one right up to your wedding day so that all the vital details are covered. This way you get an idea of the cost compared to how much you want to spend.

To give you extra help with the total cost we have negotiated special discounts with other companies. A whole range of wedding essentials are on offer and these are available to Heriot Catering customers under our Gold Card free scheme.

Of course come the big day the celebration is centred on the wedding reception itself. And to make sure you will be happy with everything we go through a process where you see our catering services at first hand.

To begin with it is our policy to let you taste our quality. So we invite you to visit a Heriot Catering function near you to preview the event and sample the food which is about to be served. This service is provided free of charge.

We would also like you to meet our top Chef, Kim Chapman. You can talk with Kim about the menus and any specific requirements you may have. And if you have guests who are vegetarians or with special dietary needs then please tell Kim so we can cater for them.

We can also assure you that whatever your choice of wedding venue, we can adapt to it. We do need a few basic necessities but even where they are limited our chefs have been known to improvise. Just Contact Us to ask.
