Finger Buffet
For the less formal occasion, a “one bite” selection of dishes, guests help themselves using their fingers.
Fork Buffet
A more substantial spread, hot or cold meat and fish dishes served with salad or vegetables, desserts and veggie options. Eaten standing or seated, usually served from a main table by uniformed waiting staff.
