Banquets
This covers all formal sit-down events, from Corporate Functions to
Wedding Receptions and Dinner Parties. Guests are seated, and served
at their table by our immaculately dressed waiting staff. Select a
main course, and starters and desserts from our huge selection. |

Buffets
& Barbecues
For a more relaxed event, there are many ways of delighting your guests,
from either hot or cold food served from a main table, or by waiters
with trays circulating, or simply a "help yourself" buffet.
A popular new innovation is "Bowl Food", where guests are
served a selection of delicacies in small bowls, to be eaten standing
